We specialize in Full Massage, Foot Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Ear Coning, Shiatsu, Ayurvedic Massage, Cupping Aromatherapy, and more. As masters of our trade for over 5 years, our massage styles integrate deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, and overall relaxing massage to help increase circulation and flexibility. To best serve our customers, we customize a treatment to better suit your needs.
As a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy since 2011 & founder of Back to Balance, This is not a job for Paris Garcia (LMT). This is her passion. Her goal is to help her clients recover from injuries or to simply restore balance from life's daily stresses. She continuously proceeds to gain knowledge, increase her ability and maximize her technique and strengths through continuing education. Paris puts her heart into every treatment and each one of them unique to your specified needs.
Juanita Pignataro, LMT, graduated from The Core Institute: School of Massage Therapy & Structural Bodywork in 1995. She also graduated from International Institute of Ayurveda. Juanita specializes in Swedish Massage, Certified Pregnancy Massage, Ayurvedic Treatments, Cupping Massage, Ear Coning, & Reiki. Juanita is available Tuesdays Wednesdays, & some Saturdays.
Tracy Jones, LMT, graduated from Salter College in 2007. Tracy Jones Specializes in various healing modalities such as Deep relaxation massage, Reiki. Foot Reflexology, and Hot Stone Massage. Tracy is available Monday through Friday with evening availability Monday and Tuesdays.
Mary Alice McAlister, Shiatsu practitioner and instructor since 1987, studied under Sensei Tsuneo Kaneko and teaches and practices a style known as Shiatsu Anma which incorporates techniques of Anma, an ancient form of Japanese massage. Mary has practices in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Worcester and taught Shiatsu at the Shiatsu massage school of southern California in Santa Monica Samra University in Los Angeles and the Heartland School of Massage in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a founding board of the AOBTA, the national certifying body for Asian bodywork modalities.
